Introducing Quorum

A community feed built on real scans — where members rate the products they actually bought and explain why.

Introducing Quorum

A score can tell you a cereal is heavily processed. It can't tell you the "healthier" version tastes like cardboard, or that the store brand next to it is quietly better.

That kind of knowledge lives with people. So we built a place for it.

Quorum, in a sentence

Quorum is the GMOScan community feed, where members share products they've genuinely scanned — and meals they've genuinely cooked — and everyone else rates and discusses them.

Built on real scans, not opinions from nowhere

This is the part we care most about. Quorum isn't a place to post anything you like:

  • Every thread starts from a real scan or a real meal. You share from your own history or your own saved recipes.
  • One thread per product. If someone already shared that item, you join them as a co-poster rather than fragmenting the conversation across duplicates.
  • The report travels with the thread. Open any discussion and you can see the actual grade and report behind it.

The result is a feed where the objective score and the lived experience sit side by side.

Rate it out of ten

Every thread carries a community rating from 1 to 10. You'll see the average and how many people weighed in — but individual ratings stay private. No one sees your number, which makes it easier to be honest.

Then say why

The rating is the headline; the comments are the substance. Add a note up to 500 characters, attach a photo of the real label or product, and reply to keep a conversation together.

Three feeds keep things organized: Food, Beauty, and Meals. Sort by hot, newest, top rated, or most discussed, and filter down to the grades you care about.

Quiet by default, respectful by design

  • You appear as an avatar. Showing your name is opt-in.
  • Report anything off — anonymously. Content flagged by several different members is hidden automatically, pending review.
  • Unshare a thread or delete your comments whenever you want.
  • Sensible daily limits keep spam out.

You can get an email when your shared item gets a comment, a reply, or its first rating — and you can turn that off in your preferences.

Getting in

Quorum is a Premium feature, and an active Premium Preview works too. It lives in GMOScan.ai, the grown-ups' app — it is not part of GMOScan Kids.

Start here: Join the Quorum community, then Share, rate, and discuss in Quorum.
