Meal Intelligence

Grade the meals you cook and the dishes you order.

Most of what we eat never had a barcode. GMOScan builds any dish from its ingredients — a home-cooked recipe or a restaurant plate — and gives it a Meal Intelligence Score with a familiar A–F grade and a detailed, plain-language report.

What you get

Meal Intelligence, from stove to table

Grade home-cooked meals

Build a weeknight dinner or a family recipe from its ingredients and get a grade — no barcode or package needed.

Score restaurant dishes

Menus have no labels. Add what the menu names and see how the dish grades before you order — or compare two dishes side by side.

Detailed Meal Intelligence Report

See what drives the score: nourishment, ingredient quality, and how processed the dish is, plus key benefits and watch-outs in plain language.

Quick or Full mode

Quick estimates typical portions when you do not have amounts. Full uses the quantities you supply. Estimates are clearly marked provisional.

Photos and organic flags

Attach a photo of the plate and tick Organic or Non-GMO on the ingredients that qualify.

Tweak and re-score

Swap one ingredient, regenerate, and watch the grade move — the fastest way to learn which change mattered.

Share the report

Send a link anyone can open, or post the dish to Quorum so other members know what is worth cooking or ordering.
